Power down your OnePlus 13 completely. Press and hold both Volume buttons, then insert the USB-C cable into the phone. Hold for 4–5 seconds until Windows chimes.

Launch OplusFlashTool & Authenticate
Run
OplusFlashTool.exe as Administrator, load your firmware folder, and complete the server token handshake.

Flash & First Boot
Click Start. The tool writes all partitions to UFS 4.0 storage. When it shows “Success”, disconnect the USB cable. First boot takes 5–10 minutes while the OS rebuilds its runtime cache.
NEVER disconnect the USB cable during flashing. Disconnecting mid-write on super.img can corrupt the UFS partition table and cause a hard brick requiring physical motherboard testpoint surgery.
